Hey guys,
We are all doing good - and advanced tae bo? oh man, i give you props for that. Blanks kicks some serious butt! I needed to ammend my August goals - so I'll do that now. I wanted to do yoga twice a week, but I haven't found a good video. But since I know a few positions, I'll just do them - but once a week instead. I was afraid of the treadmill until today - that's a goal I didn't post earlier - getting over that. And I did today. So I am happy about that. Now I can do elliptical and treadmill every day. For the rest of the work*week, I will do 40 min of cardio on the machines, and a muscle group after each workout. I also notice that my posture had improved a lot, which is so important for the feet.

Hey, you know, I like this idea Spring....we should do our goal for the week and report daily!! I like it!! You are a genious!! No wonder you're my buddy!!!
OK....so here it is...this week:
Running Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday!
Strength training, stretching & abs-Wednesday & Friday!!
Today was a rest day just because....but I am sore from yesterday's workout...although I may do some stretching & ab work this evening and if I do, I will report!!

Well today I did a 2 mile walk...must faster past than usual...100 crunches...upper body toning video...and 5 min. jump rope....I drank all my water and prob. walked another 4-5 miles at work.* Man was it busy tonight.* See you all tomorrow!

25 min on elliptical, 15 on treadmill, 50 jumping jacks, squats, stretch - it was awesome

Last night I spent about 20 min working out.* Some ab work and then 10-15 min of running my stairs.* Whew, a good workout!* I am doing my 60 min kickboxing class tonight!

Walked 2 miles...125 sit-ups, 10 pushups, and 5 min. jump rope...9 glasses of water

This is my workout routing for today:

About 10 mns streching and warming up,

20 mins Weightless Training, Calisthenics (push ups, sit ups, chin ups, lunges), vigorous effort

-208

*20 mins Cycling, Stationary, moderate effort, 100 watts (10-13 mph)

-138

*30 mins Elliptical Trainer, General

-258

*25 mins Walking, Outdoor, 2.5 mph

-86

Exercise Total

-690

I am very happy today. Not only is the weather in Chicago fabulous, but today marks the third week I have worked out consecutively, and for this month, 9 out of 11 days. I also did my arm muscle group and did much better than I thought I would, getting very close to my goal.
