Yesterday I try to go to the gym but is was late and tooooo hoooooot.... Today I will try to go to the gym if not I will do my 100 situps maybe some kickboxing workout and some legs, buttucks, abs and back exersices..

Today I walked for 1 hour.* DH, DS & I did hills around the neighborhood.* The weather is wonderful for a change!!

I'm going to do this a little different by posting what I've done instead of posting what I want to do.* It's better for me psychologically (lol):

FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST
All workouts include stretching before/after, 10 min warm up/cool down and 50 crunches:
Tuesday:* 2.5 miles Jogging (regular speed);
Wednesday:* 10 sets*of 50-yard alternating between sprints/walk;
Thursday:* 3 sets 1/4 mile alternating fast/slow jogging; and
Friday:* 2.5 miles*Joggin (regular speed).

Junk food cabintet you ask....what junk food cabinet...lol...there is none.* I told my BF if he wanted it he can buy it THAT day...and he is fine with it...!!! lol.* Now I open my fridge instead and grab an apple or some baby carrots.* Not the same but I can get used to it...I hope. *

Well this morning I did a 2 mile walk, 100 sit-ups, 5 pushups...working on glass #7 for my water...

I did 30 min. on the eliptical followed by weights.** Took it a little slower today because I wasn't feeling "in to" it, but I pushed through and did it anyway.** Tommorrow we have to go pick up my son in Prescott, which is about 2 hours away.* So, I may or may not get to exercise tomorrow morning.* But, Prescott is a cute little town with lots of shops that we like to go in, so I will still get plenty of walking in.

Hi Marilyn,
Congrats! Good job for walking 2 miles - that's a good distance. And I am glad you have a natural high from that - how is the junk food cabinet thing coming along? I wanted to start walking on the treadmill today, but didn't. I have this fear of falling, and it's too intimidating still. I felt the same about the elliptical, but now I am ok with it, so I guess it'll take me getting used to the machine.

Well today I did it..got off of my A$$ and walked 2 miles...it felt really great.* Haven't felt like this for about 2 wks., I"M BACK!!!* I drank all of my water today and then some...11 8oz. glasses...it helped out that today was beautiful...good night all until tomorrow.

Ohmygoodness Nikki, you have some serious workouts in there woman!! WOW!* I want to be YOU when I grow up!* * I'm very proud of you!! And you too Marilyn, getting rid of the junk is not easy....but you're doing it! WTG!!*
So yesterday I wanted to exercise so badly I stayed home instead of spending the day with my parents...and then I was hit with a HORRIBLE migraine...it was so bad, that I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital (it wouldn't have been the first time)!* Inspite of my pain, I went to the gym, I got on one weight machine....except it made my headache worse, so I came home!
Today, I tried again....I ran 4 miles on the treadmill and did all my strength training exercises!! I am so proud of me!! Yeah!!

Ahh...I spent 45 min this morning doing Advanced Tae Bo.
My goal for this week is 4 days of exercise of at least 45 min each session.* I'll make sure to sweat at each and every one of them!!!* I'm going to start with mostly cardio this week as I'm easing myself back in.* There will be strength training in my cardio like the Tae Bo and my Kickboxing classes!
