Default Fitness Motivation - HELP!!

Hey everyone
I regard my eating habits to be border-line satisfactory but i know for a fact my lack of physical motivation is seriously holding me back physically, mentally and emotionally.
I used to try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week but ever since I've started my final year of high school the gym sessions have slackened and now i only have the motivation to go to my favorite class, Body Jam on a Sunday.
I also detest running!
So does anyone have any motivational tips or cardio alternatives they'd like to share?
Im sure i wont be the only one who wold appreciate them,
