Got it from the library, and had time this morning to do the warm up (Punches) for 15 min. A lot of yap - negative, but the rest is very, very positive. Really like the instructor! Just the right combination of tough and reassuring, without going over-board either way. If the warm-up is anything to go on, the workout will be stellar. Can't wait to have more time to keep doing this DVD.
