Default 10 Minute Daily Challenge starting july 15th

Saturday, July 15th starts the daily 10 minute challenge. It is 10 minutes every day for the rest of July. The 10 minutes can consist of anything for example; walking, biking, swimming, toning, crunches, stairs, weight lifting. It's your choice.
You can update daily or how ever often you feel comfortable.* Good luck!
