Default July Exercise Accountability

Dear Buddies:
Last month I posted this thread with the idea that we would post our exercise goals at the beginning of the month and hold eachother, specially ourselves, accountable.
Well, it worked wonders and it served as a great motivator.*
I invite you to post your exercise goals for the month of July and to come back each day and post the exercise you have done for that day.*
I want to thank those buddies who participated in the June Exercise Accountability Thread and also those who participated in Jo's June Challenge.*

My goal for the month of July is to run 3 times per week, to do the elliptical machine 2 times per week, to strech each day & to do weight-training exercises 3 times per week.* My minimum exercise quota for*each week is 5 days.
My workout schedule will be as follows:*
Running- Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays
Elliptical Machine- Tuesdays & Thursdays
Weight-training- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Streching- Everyday

I guess I'll be opening the July exercise season: today, Saturday, I went to the gym...stayed there for 1h 20min...did my usual routine (but with some heavier weights ) and that's it!

In order to be successful, we need to be VERY SPECIFIC about our goals.* Yes, we all want to be leaner and healthier, but what specific steps will you take to get there?*
You may refer to Lidija's first entry on the thread as an example.*
As for me, today I ran 4.5 miles!

my goal for july is to jog 1 mile every morning, walk 30-60 minutes everyday and use the stationary bike for 45 minutes at the max resistance everyday. also, to eat cereal for breakfast and lunch everyday and eat healthy dinners without snacking in between meals.

...and finally to fit in my size 10 jeans!

Good idea.* My goals
Take my girls for a long*walk in the stroller once a week.
Cardio workout 4 hours a week
Stretch for 10min each day.
Work up to running 2 miles.* I can do 1-1.5 usually right now.

Great idea, Jo! I loved the June exercise accountability!
My goal is to continue to work out 4-5 times a week (2 x aerobics, 2 x gym, 1 x tae bo workout video) until July 15th. Then I'll be going home (nooooo gym there!! ) so I'll have to change my routine to swimming and walking every day! I'll really need to hold myself accountabile for these 2 last weeks of July ... I tend to slack off when I'm home...

Thanks Jo, we do need the motivation...Wooohooo!!! I am back!!!!Today I did so far 5849 steps (2.67) miles and I clean all my apartment LL yeah that was a workout. Tonight I will go to the gym and do 35 or 40 mns treadmill and 25 mns weights...

My exercise goal for the month is to finally see something besides these four walls and the ceiling.* I'm working toward making it to the elevator first, and eventually all the way to the truck.* After that I'll work on getting back to the room...hopefully all in the same day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
