Default Winsor Pilates & The Firm

Hi!* This last week I've been doing Yoga Zone videos and The Firm dvd's with sculpting stick and fanny lifter and they are good workouts without feel overly tired.* I'm wondering if anyone out there is using or has used these videos/dvd's in the past and if they have helped.* Yoga is amazing!* I never thought it could be so challenging and a good workout!* Also, The Firm is awesome because its almost like circuit training.* You do a little bit of everything.** I have the 4 dvd set and have done the complete cardio & weight lifting one, and the cardio sculpt.* Both are great and very low impact.* Anyway, I'm hoping to hear good things from people that have done these things.* Also, I'm wondering if anyone uses the Winsor Pilates dvd's and how it feels.* I'm considering buying it.* Please give me feedback if you've used this!
Thanks!* Good luck to everyone on this long weekend!

I do yoga pretty regularly, and have been using DVDs for that.* It really is a good workout.** I also have done Pilates DVDs, but not specifically the Windsor series.* However, I have a friend who swears by them.* Sorry I can't help you more.

Hi! I use the Winsor Pilates DVD's quite frequently. They really focus on your core. (abs). I like them alot. I have used other pilates dvd's before and find that I really like the Winsor ones much better. The others are extremely boring in my opinion.
Hope that helps!
