you can check it out at www.turbojam.com They claim you can burn almost 1000 calories an hour. I'm actually waiting to borrow it from someone now before I go ahead and buy it myself.

I ve lost 15 lbs* and I ve been doing Turbo Jam (again) for 8 wks! It s so much fun! I feel like I am in a music video. It is the only thing that has kept me motivated because I feel strong, healthy, and I have noticed my body changing! Of course you have to be consitant and have a health eating style and working out pattern too! If you stick with both, you WILL get results!

I ordered Turbo Jam today! Can't wait to try it out! I ordered from QVC though. For one thing it was actually cheaper than the turbo jam web site. Also, if you do a google search on turbo jam, you will read alot of negative reviews about their customer service, improper billing, etc. So I was a bit nervous about ordering directly from them. And there weren't too many of them on Ebay when I checked (not the complete package anyway). Plus, I always think- WHY would they be selling it already? or brand new? hmmm.
Anyway, I'll let you know how it works out!
