Default * minutes in the morning

8 minutes in the morning exercises for real shapes and sizes is a book by jorge cruise(jorge cruise.com) and it's also known as the "3 hour diet". I just wanted to share this lifestyle plan with other people because this book is what really got me finally motivated. You only have to exercise 8 minutes every morning 6 days a week doing simple exercises that are fully described and shown to you in the book. The bbok is to help you change your lifestyle by having you make promises and goals for yourelf. The book has helped me tackle and overcome emotional eating, and shatter the disdain i once had for myself hen i looked in the mirror. this book*helps build confidence and self esteem, and i just figures that since it worked for me, i'm sure*it can help someone else. i got my book from amazon.com, but i read the*reviews first and since so many people loved it and it*worked for them, i gave it a try. and now it's working for me. i can eat what* want as long as i remeber that moderation is key. along with this lifestyle plan, i do yoga with just for me yoga. i*saw this on amazon too.(needless to say i'm an amazon.com fiend)*. after watching the dvd a couple times,* i caught on and now i do it every now and then to build flexibility and whatnot. anyway. i just wanted to share!

Cherish, I am always gain for exercise that dont take alot of time. I have very little free time to myself. And I do try to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I will try to get this book as soon as I possibly can. Thanks for you tips...Kathy

Cherish, I think a friend of mine has this book, Its a very good book. I want this book too she got hers in a book club. I guess I need to check out Amazon.com. Thanks for your input on the book, Hugs Kathy
