Default Re: walking carrying a baby in a sling

In that respect it is a lot easier. I always notice myself leaning to one side when I'm holding only one of them. I try to stay conscious of it and straighten myself up, but it's nearly "natural" to let that much weight on your hip get you all out of alignment.

My downfall is that I still treat the 2 year old like a baby. Well, she *is* my baby. But I need to stop carrying her around and all related nonsense before I really do some damage. I didn't lose all that weight so that I could continue to carry 50 or so additional pounds around! lol

On another note, surprisingly, it didn't really bother my foot much. I think walking is probably ok; just the pounding of running is too much right now. I've been "strolling" but not fast-walking for exercise, but I really think I could it now. My foot seems to be healing, though I don't want to really test it just yet. (It's been right at 1 week since I started resting-I think- and I'd like to give it at least 2.)
