I think I may have mentioned it but we rented about 50 different videos from Netflix.
When we found a couple we liked (Taebo + a couple of others) we went out & bought them.

It's a great way to preview a video before you buy it.
(You have to be signed up with Netflix or Blockbuster online of course)

Default Workout tapes

Hello! My cousin from Washington DC is coming to visit me* in July. I would like to ask her to bring me some exercise DVD-s because we don't have them here and it's going to be a loooong summer. I would really like to try something new.
So, could you please recomend one? It has to be on DVD (video tapes are not compatible with our European system).
A lot of my buddies were talking about 'Walk away the pounds' and it sounds great. Which one is the best?
Thanks!

This is a really old one and sounds kind of cheesy, but they really work.* The Cindy Crawford workout videos.* The new Tae bo ones are good, too.* I haven't tried the turbo jam ones, but they look fun!

Turbo Jam is alot of fun!! Try it!! I also like Winsor Pilates. Great for core work. (although Turbo Jam has been killing my abs!!!).
