Default June Exercise Accountability

Dear Buddies:
On DWLZ where I used to post before, we had an exercise accountability thread every month, where we logged our exercise for the day.* At the beginning of the month, we would write our goals for the month.* I know I posted this late....I got caught up with our June 10 lbs. Challenge.* My goal for the month of June is to exercise at least 5 out of 7 days.* Hope you'll join me!
For Saturday, June 10th--ran 6 miles!!

My goal is to strength train 3x a week and cardio 5-6 times a week.* So far for the month of June, I am right on track.

My goal is to Do 15 mins of Crunches and 15 mins of Butt Exercise Daily, Tone 3 days per week, and Cardio 6 Days per week.*
This morning I did an hour of* Water Fitness.
I will start the 15 mins of Crunches and Butt exercise in the morning, followed by 45**mins* of Cardio.
Hearts.

Thank you, Jo, for doing this, I sooo need some accountability. My personal challenge for June is to go to my aerobics class 2 times a week (that isn't a problem, I love it!) and to go to the gym also 2 times a week (grr...hate it...). This week I missed one workout at the gym. * I hope next week will be perfect!*

I really needed this as I am a big excuse maker. My goal is to get on my treadmill every day and do AT LEAST 1 mile. I know thasts not much, but for me , its good. I really hope to increase it daily and I know with the support of my wonderful buddies, I willl do it and more.

Ok....I just got back from the Y, where I did a 60 min. butt-kicking elliptical workout--OUCH!!

my goal is to ride my bike everyday,* walk a little everyday,* and do a workout video 3 times a week.* and every few days push my self to go farther and farther.
