Do you use Netflix or the Blockbuster DVDs (thru the mail) ?

If so,* Netflix for sure (not sure about blockbuster) has literally HUNDREDS of exercise DVDs you can rent (Tae Bo, Yoga, Pilates & everything else).* If you find one you like, you can buy it, otherwise just keep renting until you find one you like.

I would highly recomend you try Taebo, be sure to buy a beginners tape though so you can get the hang of it.* A few years ago I lost a lot of weight doing the beginners tape 3 times*a day. I really like it b/c you get a good aerobic work out and you tone up too, it's great!* You can get sets on E Bay for pretty good prices.*

Tae Bo is good if you have some sort of flexibility and have worked out before,as well as no previous joint problems. I admit,it does work. But I would advise,if you want to start low impact, you should trying Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone. Not as high paced, but does provide a good workout and with the weights, you do tone up quickly. Let me know if they work for you

I own a kickboxing tape and a pilates DVD; I like them both, but they're both very much a different style.* Kickboxing is much more cardio intense, if that's what you want, but it can be hard to keep up with in the beginning (unless you get a tape specifically for 'beginners', I suppose).* It's really great for arm definition, though.* Pilates is great for a core toning, but again, it can be difficult at the start.* I honestly could only do about 1/8 of the tapes at first before I collapsed with exhaustion!

I really like the Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds series.* They are pretty much easy to do for anyone and you can find them almost anywhere and depending on how many miles you feel up to they can really*give you a good in home workout.

I used the walk away the pounds videos before, I love the workout. I currently use a video called "I want that body" with Tammilee. It includes 3 parts: I want those Abs, I want those Arms and I want those Buns. I especially like using the end part, which has a music only workout with the trainer, no voice instructions.

I know you guys are going to think I am a total nerd but my mom lost A TON of weight with Richard Simmons (especially sweating to the oldies) I am using it now and I really like it because you take a short little breather (really short) after each song and it has people all shapes and sizes doing it so you don't think "I'm not fit enough to do this"
