Default 250ish calorie omlet

2****** Egg Whites (I use Egg Beaters) --60 calories for both
********* Bell Pepper
********* Shallots or onions
********* Mushrooms
********* Ham (1.5-2 slices of lunchmeat) --90 calories for two slices
1/4 c* Shredded Cheese* --110 calories/ 1/4 c

Sautee "filling" with pam cooking spray.
Cook egg.
Fill, sprinkle cheese, and fold.

When you put a lot of veggies in this omlet it is VERY filling.
I was very happy the first time I made this, I love breakfast food.
