Ab-DOer?

has anyone ever tried one out. My friend has one n every once n awhile i'll use n every time i use it i noticed change within dayz. So, if any1's out there n thinking bout using it n not sure i say go 4 it. I started using it daily at a time n within a week my stomach had tighten up majorly.
