Smile Ab...

workouts? Does anyone have some ab exercises u could suggest 2 me? I use 2 do sit-ups but they would tighten the muscles of course but I've heard they stretch out your stomach also n I've started to watch it n c if it was true and it was. They really do stretch out ur stomach. So, if u ya'll have any suggestions on ab workouts i'm all ears With the BL workout dvd it's really more working my legs and thighs which is not a bad thing more a wonderful thing. But I'm wanting to major on my stomach while working on the legs. thx so much. Good luck 2 u all on ur weight loss!!!

crunches are by far the best thing i've found. not just straight up and down but the side crunches too. the ones where you lay on your back, put your feet 90 degrees and together and then crunch to the side and try bringing your feet to your shoulders kinda motion. it's crazy and you do those and the front as well (and by crunches which are more effective than sit ups - you need to just come up part way not all the way up) you'll feel it.
