hi everyone,
i am new to this site, but i LOVE it already! i actually started my diet/exercise routine jan. 1st. i know most people don't keep their new year's resolutions, BUT so far, so good! lol! i started at 129 lbs. and the last time i weighed in, i was 117 lbs. so, i am figuring something is working. lol! i walk the treadmill almost every night. i started out walking 1 mile, then 1.5 miles, now 2 miles. it takes me almost 30 minutes to do this. i always walk at 4.0-4.2 mph. so, it is pretty fast....for me anyway!

anyway, i was just curious how far/long you all walk??
by the way, nice to see you all! you are all an inspiration to me! this is such a wonderful site!
