Default Exercise Plan #2

Give yourself a good stretch.* Add 10 minutes of stretching to your day by flexing your calves, your hamstrings, and your chest.* Place the balls of your feet against a curb to stretch your calves; stretch your hamstring by placing one outstretched leg on a bench and reaching toward your upward-pointing toes; and stretch your chest by holding your arms out straight at your sides, bending your arms 90 degrees at the elbow, and trying to touch your elbows together behind your back.* Over the next 4 weeks, try stretches for other muscle groups, such as your quads, your hips, and your neck.

I never knew streching was so important until they told me at Curves that you lose 17% more fat if you stretch after a workout. I know when I use a trainer they stretch me like 10 minutes so I guess that makes sense!! I just never know what to do, I feel stupid when I try to stretch myself.

Wow 17%!* I guess i better start strtching then.* I knew you should to prevent strains and soreness but never new that you actually loose 17% more fat from stretching compared to if you dont.* that reason enough for me to start doing it after every work!!!!
