Walk for 15 minutes.* Are you wondering how you will do this?* Arrive 15 minutes early to an appointment and use that time to walk around the block or the building.* Tying this activity to an appointment can help make it feel like a commitment that you can't ignore.* You also can slip 15 minutes in at lunchtime, before work, or while you visit with friends.* Then tomorrow make it 30 minutes and then after or as much as you can!*
