Default Exercise Plan #1

Do this today! Walk for 15 minutes.* Are you wondering how you will do this?* Arrive 15 minutes early to an appointment and use that time to walk around the block or the building.* Tying this activity to an appointment can help make it feel like a commitment that you can't ignore.* You also can slip 15 minutes in at lunchtime, before work, or while you visit with friends.* Then tomorrow make it 30 minutes and then after or as much as you can!*

i make sure i walk at least 15min* a day.* its hard sometimes to get up and go but it ends up being worth it.* walking is so great.

I try to fit walking into my schedule everyday.* If it is nice out I try to walk to work.* I should walk home in the evenings... but by 6pm I have lost all motivation and am hungry!* Also, I always use the stairs at my work instead of the elevator.* I'm usually huffin' and puffin' by the top, but it feels great!
