Question Tae Bo anyone?

I have the tapes but haven't done them for a while so I pulled the Tae Bo Live Instructional Video out and am going to do it today. I am wondering if anyone else uses Tae Bo and if it has helped you lose weight and firm up. I love the idea of boxing and kicking, that's what I really like about it.

I used to do Tae bo every night until recently. I kind of fell off the diet/exercise thing for a little while. But I did start to see results. My calves are smallier and tighter and so are my arms. I havent seen much results in my midsection, but thats my biggest problem spot so I know it will take time. As long as you do the tae bo and take in a lot of protein you are bound to see results.
