Default Exercise Bike

Hello there,

I was wondering if I could get opinions on whether or not using an exercise bike 4 times per day at 20minutes per session is good enough to help weightless? Even in the early stages is it good enough to help must I do more?

Thank you very much.

Take your tme when you first start out, do what you can, but don't over do it and gradually work your way up into more intense workouts.

Talking Re: Exercise Bike

yep, i agree, start slow even 20 minutes just once a day for 4 days. see how your body does and you WILL see changes. If you go too fast, you'll get injured and have to stop everything. Slow and steady is the way too go. GOOD LUCK and have fun. I love to read on the bike...

I don't think you need to split it into 4 sessions per day. Just start out slowly and do as much as you can. You will get stronger. Plus, every little bit helps. Any movement you can do throughout the day is beneficial. Good luck!

I agree with Celia... 4 times is quite a bit! I read somewhere that if you split up your cardio in two parts its more effective. Maybe doing 15-20 min twice a day every other day with enough effort to get your HR up. You don't have to be out of breath to get a good workout, but it should feel like work. GOOD LUCK!! It sounds like you're pretty well motivated!
