Michael Thurmonds 6 week body makeover

I was wondering if anyone has tried this program? If so did it work for you? Thanks in advance!

I tried it, and no, it doesn't work. It was a long time ago, but I remember it being demanding. I'm doing better just watching my calories and working out...every now and then

I also tried it. I suppose it does work (all programs do), but the diet is really hard to follow. The workouts they give are just basic workouts (I guess they're somewhat tailored to each person), but in the end you just do resistance training.

I tried it and it did work for me. I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks. But its really restrictive and demanding. Hard to stick to.
