Default Is It actually doing anything?

Hey new here and need advice. Ive been going to the gym about 3-4 times a week for a couple of months sometimes i may slack a bit and go less but thats average but at present im just getting down at the fact that it doesnt seem to be doing a thing, i dont eat rubbish, i eat lots of fruit and healthly dinners, i admit i do have a few drinks but not on a weekly basis. At the gym i usually do cardio most of the session then do some weights as im trying to build my muscles up but to me havent seen any difference but other people have, can any one give me any advice?

I would say you should be working out at least 5 days a week (at the least) for at least 20 to 30 minutes a day and that's just with cardio. Weights will help you for sure with the cardio but I would devote just that time I mentioned to cardio alone. And then be faithful to it too. Also, make sure you are doing cardio at a good intensity. Good power. Count your calories and fat grams while your at it so you can see if the food is the culprit. Sometimes we think we are doing all the right things but then you find out you might be taking in too much of something or maybe not enough of something. Try this for a week or two without fail and see if the scale moves.
