Default Music that you MOVE to...

So, I am in a rut with my "workout" mix. I am looking to create a new playlist of songs to really move and sweat to, that will keep me motivated throughout my entire workout (cardio is about an hour, 4x a week). I'm wondering what everyone else listens to... what music gets you in the mood to move?? Any and all types of music are good. Let's hear what's on your mix.

I am a huge industrial fan I listen to a real upbeat mix of and one, front 242 and flesh field. I makes the time fly by ( but it so hard not to sing along to)

Hey! I have a few staples when it comes to my workout playlist on my ipod nano: If-Janet Jackson (also a great beat for crunches), Music makes me lose control -Missy Elliot, Dirty-Christina Aguillera, Everytime we Touch-not quite sure, but it's big on the top 40 stations. Let me know if you come across anything good. I'm always looking for great workout music! Hope this helped! Sam

Girl you gotta go with Techno, Trance, Latino (merenge y salsa), and reggaeton/raggae. Those genres of music keep me going. Also Rock music like Disturbed, System of the down, and linkin park. Right now I have Casacada, DHT, Lasgo, Motorcycle, DJ Ranks. (DJ Ranks has the best mixes)

To be honest, I don't listen to music when I work out but there are types that make me want to move. I definitely agree with Reggaeton, salsa, merengue. It's impossible for me to sit still when I hear this because my body involuntarily starts dancing!! If you've never checked out latino music before, give it a try-- you'll love it!! Christina Aguilera is also pretty good to listen, the beat of her music is great! Good luck!!
