go to Curves International - Home for info and look for locations by you. As for the price and dues that is up to the center. You will need to call them. I can tell you it runs from $29-$39 monthly depending on area.

Its suppose to be all over our fitnessladie told me..but just till this saturday. You bring in a bag of groceries then its 29.00 a month is you commit for a year or 30.00 if you pay month by month. Hope this helps...
