Default February Exercise Accountability Thread

Every month since I have been on BuddySlim except for January, I logged in my exercise goals for the month and regularly reported on this forum how I was coming along. I am reinstating these monthly threads because I think they can be very helpful for people who want to set fitness goals and be held accountable. It helped make exercise a habit for me, and sets up shorter goals that helped me get motivated. I went from being completely sedentary and intimidated by the elliptical to pushing myself to make an hour on that machine a few times, so this works! That said, please set realistic expectations, and continue to give upates!
February goals: Workout for one hour 20 times this month, continue with knee push-up sets of 40-50 3 times a week, dedicate one day a week to weights.

I shall continue with my workout routine:
20 minutes on the elliptical
20 minutes on the treadmill (jog/walk)
Stomach crunches
Leg presses (50-60 pounds)
Arm press (40 pounds)
I do these 6 days a week...

I was scared to do weights in front of all those buff tough guys until I dragged my daughter\'s boyfirend with me to the gym last night and had him show me how to do all the machines. Now I\'m ready! Fear conquered! (Plus, he joined the gym and I gained a workout buddy. Yea!)
I want to walk at least 30 minutes every day, with at least a third of that at 4.1mph or better, and a minimum of 5 minutes at 3.4mph with a step incline. I wanna PUSH myself. It feels so good.
I want to do weights every other day. Not sure exactly what or how much yet.
And I want to remember to post it all here, because this has helped tremendously. I like to be able to log good stuff, and I don\'t want to have to log the bad.

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill last night and at least 10 min of it was 4.0 or better. Also did some steep inclines. Feels good. [

It\'s funny and sad that I am the only one posting, but I am gonna keep doing it!
I worked out all 5 days of this week. Plan on doing the same tomorrow and taking Sunday off. I did all my push-ups, and some arm weights. I have 14 days to go.
