Hi Jessica, I think this is a good idea. Although it IS a little late for this month.

My goal for the month of feb is working out 20 days for at least 30 minutes.

So far this month I have worked out 8 days(including today).

I will be posting reguarly so I hope that you continue to do so as well!

Today I did 30 minutes with DDR.

35 minutes on the treadmill, two days in a row. In the morning, no less. WHOO HOO! I pushed it hard too. I was jammin\'.
My goal this week is to get to the gym every morning to walk, and do weights in the evening at home. Starting tonight.[I

After a whole week off from exercise, I am back on a roll. I started on Saturday with a tape, and again on Sunday, and today I hit the gym and did serious cardio - elliptical, treadmill, and bike. I haven\'t done the bike in a while, and it was good..

I haven\'t gotten on the site much and haven\'t been able to update much...but so far this month I have worked out 13 days. .

I dedicated yesterday to weights for upper body and legs, and did a cardio tape today. I\'ve worked out 13 days so far this month..

Along with a tape, I did 150 various crunches. It\'s the 8th straight day of exercise for me since I took a week off earlier this month.

16 days down - I have to exercise every day for the next 4 to make the 20 day goal.
I am pregnant now but that just means it\'s even more important to exercise.
