Default I need exercises to work my back.

I've been losing weight quite a bit...
It's basically just dropped off my chest.
As you can see by my tracker...
The tracker is accually from October last year.
I just don't know how to correct it. But ive basically lost alot since then... and still want to lose somemore...

I really wouldlike it if people could give me tips on tighting the fat on back up... I really dislike it and i would like to do something to get rid of it hopefully. I own Dumbbells, and a excersicing back... I also own step ups... and a yogo book... (work around tht lol)

Doing old fashioned chin ups are great for the back. I know they are hard but just keep trying. Other ones to try are: seated rows, with either dumbells or with cables (at gym), and dumbell pullovers..

For the lower back I do exercises that are pretty easy but show great results.

Lay on the floor in the Superman position...so you look like Superman flying through the air....raise your head and shoulders as far as they\'ll go, hold em\' up for 8 count and then release. Repeat as many times as you\'re comfortable with.

I have the Denise Austin "Pilates For Every Body" book and I like it because it show you exactly what muscle group you are working on and it's pretty detailed on how to do the exercises. It also has 5 to 10 minute routines you can do. My old man picks on me and calls it my workout bible. It might help ya!
