Default My workout goals

My work out goals for this month are to walk everyday and do my RSI excersises.
I have no excuse not to walk, its warm here, and I can either walk in my wonderful neighbourhood or at the arboretum or Huntington Gardens (I have memberships to both). My neighbourhood is very hilly, so I can get my heart rate up pretty fast.
The RSI excersises are very simple - mostly stretching and relaxing, trying to get my arm not hurting from computer use. I just started a 6 week program this week.

OK, I'm inspired, I'm going for a walk...
