[SIZE=\"3\"]hi everybody!
i think my goal for this month is just trying to get back to some sort of routine and lose around 5 lbs, b/f jan. 1st.
also - i\'ve got some great exercise programs that i never stick with, so i\'m going to try rotating them out each month and sticking with them. this month is turbo jam, january - the firm\'s transfirmer. please wish me luck.

TODAY - i didn\'t exercise on my lunch like normal, b/c i went to check out Curves, but after careful consideration and my sister bringing me back to earth, i realized i need to utilize the things i already have. (taebo bootcamp, transfirmer, turbo gym, power 90)
so yeah - but tonight i\'ll do turbo jam, as long as the girls go to be accordingly..hehehe :-)

Today I had little time for working out bc I got to the gym late. I debated on going because it was so cold. But I went. I needed to up the ante on cardio so I did 150 jumping jacks...legs hurt. I also did 150 crunches. So, I have 150 to do tomorrow!

[/t]awesome job, everybody! i haven\'t worked out, yet, today - but i\'m gonna do turbo jam in about 10 minutes. i hate..hate...hate workin\' out at night, but right now it\'s the only time to fit it in. however, next week, i\'m takin\' in my TV and i\'m gonna work out at lunch. that seems to be the peak time for me, so i need to use that to my advantage!

Thursday: 40 minutes of Tae Bo
Friday: 8 minutes Super Charged Cardio Tae Bo, also had a Stage Combat class that was very intense. It was 3 hours and had my heart rate up for 15 minutes at a time a few times, so that should count right? I hope so because I sure felt beat after that class.
So far I\'m on track. Very good.

I worked out today at home with a tape. It always kicks my butt, my goal is to make my moves tighter and have more control of my kicks. After that, I decided to do some serious calesthetics (sp?) and boy was I moaning bc I was really feeling it! I did 100 crunches as well, and then some pushups. Since I did one set of 25, I need to up my goal for Dec. I\'d like to be able to do one set of 30 pushups...

I did over 40 min of cardio at the gym, and with yesterday\'s count, did 300 crunches so far. 200 more for the week, and 14 days to make my month\'s goal!

I did 40 min of cardio. Lifted weights, and did 60 crunches. 140 to go for the week.

Today I did something diff at the gym. I warmed up on the elliptical for 5 min at a high speed, then walked fast on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I managed 1.9 miles in 30 minutes - that is fast for me. I did leg weights, too, and had fun upping the weights on the leg press. I can comfortably do 90 lbs. so I will go up again and shoot for 100 lbs. I also did 75 crunches - need to do about 70 tomorrow to make my weekly 500.
