i think my goal for this month is just trying to get back to some sort of routine and lose around 5 lbs, b/f jan. 1st.
also - i\'ve got some great exercise programs that i never stick with, so i\'m going to try rotating them out each month and sticking with them. this month is turbo jam, january - the firm\'s transfirmer. please wish me luck.
TODAY - i didn\'t exercise on my lunch like normal, b/c i went to check out Curves, but after careful consideration and my sister bringing me back to earth, i realized i need to utilize the things i already have. (taebo bootcamp, transfirmer, turbo gym, power 90)
so yeah - but tonight i\'ll do turbo jam, as long as the girls go to be accordingly..hehehe :-)
