Default Loose skin anyone?

Ok, my skin is getting a little deflated looking, saggy you could say.* I have little wrinkles now on my stomach, thighs, arms, not too pretty.* And I am working out, but I know that if its stretched out beyong its give, its not going to come back to its original elasticity. (SP?).* Anyone else have this? What are you doing about this?* I'm really worried that after I get to 160 or so that I will be all jiggles.

Well, I have a few wrinkles myself.* And if there's more, ok.* I know my skin's not all gonna shrink back partly because of how big I was to begin with and partly because of my age.* If I've got hanging jiggly skin, I'll just have to live with it.* It will be a lot better than being the size I was or even the size I am now.* Besides, if anybody says anything I'll just tell them it's proof of how far I've come!!!* And if the hanging jiggly skin is bad enough to cause physical problems (rashes, infections and such), health insurance will pay to have it taken care of!

Hi Tina-
*
My sister has this problem really bad. She lost 100 pounds, and has had a big problem with skin. The doctor says she probably has about 15-20 pounds of loose skin, mostly belly and thighs. She is going to have it surgically removed...
*
Now...She has gained and lost 75-100 pounds several times in the last 6 years, and thats some of the problem...
*
I know someone asked this before and it was suggested LOTS of water and lots of exercise...
*
Because of my sisters problems, I have worked really hard NOT to have this happen, and that is the main reason I started doing my stomach crunches 4 months ago, and so far, I have not had any problems...But I still have a ways to go...
*
Unfortunately, I think it just depends on the person, how quickly they lost the weight, and what kind of shape the skin was in, in the first place...Let me know though if you here of any other helpful hints!!!
*
