Walking to me is the best form of exercise it doesn't cost a thing it's the easiest to do and you can see amazing things if you are walking outside...I lost most of my weight the first time*65lbs by walking as my only form of exercise.

Keep it up Briana you will see amazing results,

I walk when I can.* It's about all I can do.* I have to pace myself when I walk, but at least I'm not sitting around all the time like I used to.

I have a herniated disc (for over 6 months now) and have only been able to walk as my only form of exercise (anything else is too painful) and I still lost 30+ lbs, even with a herniated.* And that was after I had already lost 20+ before that

Majority of my workout days I get in 3 to*4miles a day....I had to work my way up to this but, I'm so glad that I did...It's really helped increase my endurance in everything that I do and I don't think I'd have lost as much weight as I have if I hadn't pushed myself...

[SIZE=\"3\"]do any of you own pedometers? and if so, do you like them? are they beneficial?
i was reading about different walking programs and i\'m trying to decide if i should invest in another, besides the free one i received that just tells how many steps.

thanks!
