I can't believe it's November already My goals this month:

1) Hit my mini goal. I've got 5 more pounds to go and I'll have lost 50lbs since last October.
2) Wear my new jeans on Thanksgiving and not have to unbutton them after dinner . Oh man, I think about Thanksgiving dinner all year.
3) Workout 6 days a week - 3 High Intensity Workouts a week + strength training

Good morning, Kelly!

Got a bit of a cold, so nothing spectacular yesterday:

November 1st, 2009: A: push-ups, let-downs and bench presses at the playground (10 min)

November goals:

1. Run minimum of 20 minutes at least 5 days a week--i always end up pushing myself too hard one day and having take a running break, so i want to build up my strength running most days and eventually add more distance as my body gets used to daily runs
2. Do at least 20 minutes of interval training 2 days a week
3. Do The Firm's get chisled DVD 3 times a week (i never commit to one strength workout so i don't get consistent results)
4. Eat healthy and get under 138, i've only seen 136.5 on the scale once and i was so happy, but i quickly got back up to 138 making me think i was just dehydrated that morning...

Hey Leida! I hope you feel better. I wasn't feeling to hot on Halloween, but now I'm back on track. I wish there was a playground near my house. I wouldn't mind working in monkey bars with sprints and such.

Hi Everyone!!!

I need a jump start to get back on track so I'm back for another month. My goals are simple. I going to do 50 miles of walking and jogging. Sit ups, push up and squats 3x a week.

I want to lose 6-8 pounds this month =)

Since my work and school schedule is crazy Im going to try to log my workouts 3x a week since I can't sign on everyday.
