Default New Fitness Challenge?

Hey all - I'm Sheri and I'm wondering if anyone is interested in joining me in a new fitness challenge. I just recently (read: 3 days ago) started getting in shape and eating healthier. I could really use some support and I'm sure others out there could, too. Here's what I'm thinking:

The first thing I would like to work on is my running stamina. Actually, I can't really run at all now so I'm starting with walking and then progressing on to running. I'm also doing about 30 minutes of cardio a day and strength training as well. Maybe we could share workouts, find some great ones, and stick to them together. Let me know if you're interested!

C25K is a great program to start running. Look it up

Sheri, it looks like Commit to be Fit challenge will fit your needs precisely - it is a daily sharing of the workouts and a free-form chat about goals and dissappointments It has partcicipants on all levels. Check it out, maybe you'll like it!
