Default 200+ Fitness Club - Weigh-in

Please weigh in here every Saturday and include your measurements if you choose! Make sure you add up all your measurements and ONLY post the total amount of measurements. Again...here's how to measure....

Bust - Position tape accross nipples (be sure you wear the same or no bra every time you measure)

Waist - Position tape accross your bell button

Lower Abs - Measure the largest part of your lower stomach...usually about 1-2" below the belly button.

Hips - Measure the largest part of your hips...I usually position the tape directly accross my groin area.

Inner Thigh - If your right handed...measure your right inner thigh..if your left handed...measure the left. Do not submit measurements for both! Measure the largest part of your inner thigh. (usually about 1-2" below your groin).

Arm - Again..only measure one arm...right if your right handed...left if your left handed. Measure the bicep...usually between the elbow and shoulder.

IMPORTANT - Always make sure you weigh and measure BEFORE you eat or drink and after you've gone pee FIRST THING in the morning. Weigh and measure with NO clothing on. By doing it this way...you'll have more accurate results .
When measuring...make sure you measure in the SAME place every week for accurate results.
