Ladies, I broke down and weighed myself and I've lost 3lbs in two weeks. I looked at my measurements and I've lost 1 1/2" at my chest (bye bye boobies), 1 1/2" at my waist, 1/2" at my arms, 1" at my thighs, my neck and my hips are the same. I'll post all the starting and ending information when I've finished out my first phase and I'm gearing myself up to post photos (in a password protected blog)
