My August Exercise Commitment


August 1: ran/walked 2.2 miles/15 squats with 8lb weights 2 sets/100 crunches/arm exercises with 8lb weights.

August 2: jog/walked 3.0 miles/15 squats with 8lb weights 2 sets/arm exercises with 8lb weights.....will do sit ups and push up later on today


Todays Planned Workout for around 12:00pm
August 3:20 minutes of cardio/4 sets of 25 crunches/2 sets of squats with 10lbs weights/2 sets of 15 seated rows/2 sets of 15 lateral raises with 5lb dumb bells/2 sets of 15 push ups.

Ladies, I broke down and weighed myself and I've lost 3lbs in two weeks. I looked at my measurements and I've lost 1 1/2" at my chest (bye bye boobies), 1 1/2" at my waist, 1/2" at my arms, 1" at my thighs, my neck and my hips are the same. I'll post all the starting and ending information when I've finished out my first phase and I'm gearing myself up to post photos (in a password protected blog)


@Stacey - Great start for the month.
@Elisha - Love how varied your workouts are. Wonderful job!

August 1, 2009: A: Walk (15 min)+ Play E: Stretch (30 min) (rest day)
August 2, 2009: M: Pilates (LB) + Lower Body Strength (1 hr 10 min total) L: Walk (1 hr) E: Stretch (30 min)
August 3, 2009: M: Best Body Curcuit (1 hr) L: Hard Gardening (2 hr)
August 4, 2009: M: Shred L3 (20 min) + Walk (20 min) L: Ball A: Walk E: Stretch
