I DID IT!!! This morning I got up, put on my head phones and did it. It was definitely a challenge for me. After the first few 60 second jogs, I was having a hard time jogging for the whole 60. That's okay, though. I did it. I definitely liked the Robert Ullrey podcast. I am posting a blog about it, if you want to read more. Can't wait to hear about everyone's experience.

Day one down. I started out with a 15 minute elliptical warm-up. Then I did my upper body weights. After that, I went on to my day one regimen. I started out with the 5 minute warm-up followed by the alternating 1 minute jog/3 minute walk. I was surprised at myself. I am not as out of shape as I thought because it wasn't bad. I am considering starting out with the week two because it didn't seem challenging enough. I almost went on past the time, but instead did the 5 minute cool-down and stopped. What do you think? Should I try the week two?

I think that it is really going to be what your body is telling you. If you don't feel challenged at all, I would go for it. Just be sure to pace yourself as not to want to give up. I know it was challenging for me, and hopefully when week two comes I will be able to do it. Whatever you decide, just stay commited, we can do this, and I want to know about your journey too.

hey guys,

I just finished week 1 - workout 2 and I feel great. I do try to jog everyday but I am VERY slow and am hoping this challenge increases my times/endurance! I want to say that I am proud of everyone for starting something that will help with ou weight loss goals!! We are going to be sexy B's .. let me start again.. WE are going to be SEXIER B's soon enough! Keep up the good work!

I wanted to do day 2 today, but all the treadmills were busy. I can't go outside because I have no one to watch my daughter. I did the elliptical instead. Tomorrow!!!

Just finished Week 1 Day 2, it was tough, I am concerned, will I be ready for week 2. I have been pretty beat by about the 6th jog interval. It's okay, I am going to keep going. And I will do what ever I need to do. I am sooo, glad you guys are on the journey with me. We are going to do it. I have never really ran before, I am looking forward to getting more energy and steppin my health way up. Week 1 is almost done. Yayyyyy.
