Default Summer Survivor: Week 3

Hey guys!! Sorry I'm so late getting this thread up. *whew* I'm just glad to finally have it done. I was really worrying about it today and yesterday.

Our wonderful challenges this week come courtesy of Kylie. Thanks girl!!

Food Challenge

Pick the one worst thing you do that has the potential to wreck your diet or calorie count for the day, and post daily how you're doing in that one area. Also.... let's keep the journal going, k? I know it's a PAIN, but I really think it helps.... I know NOT journaling over the holiday weekend was detrimental to me.

Fitness Challenge

Do 30 minutes of a different exercise daily. I think (if I'm not mistaken) this can be various types of cardio, or more in depth exercises, like Pilates, weights, yoga, kickboxing (well, that's a type of cardio)... but just as long as it's something different every day. Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new 1 day this week, whether it's a program on TV, a class at a gym, a DVD you bought or borrowed, or just something you haven't done in a long time, like riding a bike through your neighborhood or on some local trails.
