I was thinking of not starting a new one, but I realize that I need to be accountable. If I don't have to come here and let you guys know what I am doing (or not doing ) I am more likely to skip my workouts.

1. Work out 5 days a week
2. Lose 8lbs

1. 5 mile run in 57 minutes 2 mile walk

Wow, 5 mile run .... that is awesome.

I am still working on my first 3 miles - I started the couch to 5K but I am stuck on week 7 because I kinda took of the last two weeks. But I will get back into it. I love running but can only run 3 miles here and there and would really love to be able to run it anytime I feel like it.

1.: Nothing (not a good start )
2.: 45 min walk (AM) + 3 miles WATP (PM) + Jillian DVD (PM)
3.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (re-start week 7 or go back to week 6 - AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
4.: 45 min walk/run (AM) + 3 miles WATP (LUNCH) + Jillian DVD (LUNCH)
5.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (week ? ) (AM) + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday

Black = Done
Green = for HOPE as in... I will HOPEfully do the workouts
