July 17, 2009: M: Shred L1 + Walk (20 min) L: Run (40 min) A: Walk (20 min)
July 18, 2009: M: Shred L2 + A: Functional Fitness (Gardening) + Walk (~1.5 hrs)
July 19, 2009: M: Run (40 min) + Pilates/Abs (30 min) A: Swim (15 min)
July 20, 2009: M: Shred L2 + Walk (20 min) L: Ball Class (50 min) A: Walk (20 min) E: Functional Fitness (Play outside)
July 21, 2009: M: Shred L2 + Walk (20 min) L: Run (40 min) + Walk (10 min) A: Walk (20 min) E: Stretch (25 min) - YAY!
July 22, 2009: M: Walk (20 min) L: Core Class (50 min) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 23, 2009: M: Pilates/Yoga workout (40 min) + Walk (20 min) L: Run (45 min) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 24, 2009: M: Shred L2 (40 min) + Walk (20 min) L: Run (50 min) A: Walk (20 min) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 25, 2009: Rest Day/Functional Fitness, Stretch
July 26, 2009: M: Run (1 hour)+ Abs and Upper body (1 hour) E: Stretch (20 min)
July 27, 2009: M: Beginner Pilates (20 min) + Walk (20 min) L: Boot Camp (50 min) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 28th, 2009: M: Yoga/Pilates (40 min) L: Stationary Bike+ 2 weight lifting intervals (1 hr) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 29th, 2009: M: Pilates + Core (40 min) + Ridiculous travelling
July 30th, 2009: M: Pilates (20 min); L: Walk (1 hr) E: Stretch (30 min)
July 31st, 2009: M: Ball + Upper Body (1 hr 10 min) A: Walk (1 hr) E: Stretch (30 min)
