July 2009

1. no walk
2. no walk
3. walked 2.7 miles
4. walked 2.7 miles
5. no walking, no arms either
6.

Pathetic walking log. I have been so unmotivated lately! I can feel the difference of not walking too. I can tell my blood sugars are higher and I have been eating a lot of carbs again, and I can tell that this is affecting my diabetes because I am so tired these days, and thus not walking because I just want to sleep. So, I know what to do. I have to resume the "Get Stacey Back To Health 2009 campaign". How I can see if I can get my diabetes into remission if I don't keep trying? I am afraid my a1c is going to be too high and I am going to be put back on meds. I was supposed to have an a1c last week, but I keep procrastinating because I keep eating so poorly and not walking and I know the numbers are going to be too high. My endocrinology appt is next week on Weds so I have to get that blood test done this week! Ugh. I need to stop eating everything in sight tho too. I am so upset with myself for doing this to myself!

Sabrina yep tae bo is so much fun for me too. It is not as challenging as it was in the past but time just flies and I know I give it my all so I know it is good for me. I need to find a longer take though. The tape is 50 minutes long but 6 are stretching beginning and 4 at the end.. And after that I feel like I need to do more.. is there longer work out tae bo tapes out there?

July 2009

1. no walk
2. no walk
3. walked 2.7 miles
4. walked 2.7 miles
5. no walking, no arms either
6. walked tonight for 2.5 miles

I had to literally force myself to walk! I don't know what's wrong with me. I normally love to go walking and look forward to it. I do feel so much better now that i went on a walk, so I hope to be going 6 times a week. I guess I should take it one day at a time, and start out with baby steps again to get myself back in the pattern.
