3.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
4.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM)
(planned on mor workout at lunch time, but I won't have enough time and have to skip it
)
5.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (week ? ) (AM) + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday
Well, that didn't work out....I did the second part of the plan (enjoying Sunday) but the first part with the workout didn't happen
