Oh yes taebo.... love it, but don't do it often enough. It's tough and there is just no way that I could do 2 taebo workouts. One is plenty for me

Looks like your body needed that sleep, so don't feel so bad about it. Enough rest is just as important as working out. If you body took that much sleep, you really needed it.

1.: Nothing (not a good start )
2.: 45 min walk (AM) + 3 miles WATP (PM) + Jillian DVD (PM)
3.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
4.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) (planned on mor workout at lunch time, but I won't have enough time and have to skip it )
5.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (week ? ) (AM) + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday

Green = for HOPE as in... I will HOPEfully do the workouts

well I usually do 2 tae bo's it is the funnest work out out there for me. I think time flies..
And yep I needed the sleep I am sure. Now i am back if I can find the time it would be even better. But I am doing some things just not as much as I did before..
Stacey how are you feeling? Hope you are getting out of your slump.
here is what I did the last two days

1. 5 mile run in 57 minutes 2 mile walk
2. NOTHING
3. 40 minute Tae bo 30 minute Tae Bo Abs
4. 3 mile run 2 mile walk

this time I waited till I posted my workout for the day lol...
I did good today so I am happy
1. 5 mile run in 57 minutes 2 mile walk
2. NOTHING
3. 40 minute Tae bo 30 minute Tae Bo Abs
4. 3 mile run 2 mile walk
5. 40 minute Tae Bo Cardio 30 Minute tae Bo Abs 20 minutes arm weights 60 Push Ups

Welcome back to life and let the exercise begin!

6/29 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr Step and 1 hr yoga
6/30 Off exercise day but did laps for 1 hr nonstop
7/1 OFF
7/2 Done: 1 hr my own weightlift routine, 1 hr yoga... 2 more hours tonight of kickboxing and Pilates;maybe a night time swim too.
7/3 Friday was kickboxing and yoga and swim.
7/4 Saturday was 2 hours of fun swim and 3 hours of dancing at the clubs.
7/5 Today was swimming again.
7/5 I am going to hit it hard with all my exercise Monday and onwards.
Monday it's push-ups during the day - not sure what I'm aiming for yet. Then it's 45 min of intense weights before I go into kickboxing and power yoga.

You are doing great girl I should start doing some taebo again, it's kicking my butt but I always feel like I am ready to take on the world when I am done with it
