I keep thinking that I should try to do a pull up and keep putting it off, since I am afraid to fall on my face, lol! I know for sure that I can't do the reverse bow, something I did no problems in my teenage years. I was so shocked to find that out.

3.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
4.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) (planned on mor workout at lunch time, but I won't have enough time and have to skip it )
5.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (week ? ) (AM) + take off the rest of day and just enjoy Sunday Well, that didn't work out....I did the second part of the plan (enjoying Sunday) but the first part with the workout didn't happen )
6.: 60 min intervals (was running late and didn't had time to get the circuit in , but thought something is better then nothing )
7.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM-6.1) + 5 miles WATP + HBR circuit (PM)
8.: 45 min walk/run (AM) + REST (PM)
9.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM-6.2) + 90 min intervals (PM) + HBR circuit (PM)
10.: 30 min walk (AM) + 25 min run (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM) + Jillian circuit (PM)
11.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM-6.3) + 3 miles WATP (lunch) + Jillian DVD (lunch)
12.: 45 min/walk (AM) + HBR circuit (AM) + REST (enjoying Sunday
13.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM - 6.1) + 45 min intervals (hill/run/walk) (PM) + 45 min Taebo Cardio (PM)
14.: 45 min walk (AM) + 45 min BL DVD
15.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM - 6.2) + REST
16.: 45 min interval (walk/hills) (AM) + 45 min intervals (walk/hills/run) + 30 min BL Yoga
17.: 20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM - 6.3) + 45 min intervals (walk/hills) (PM) + 45 min Taebo Cardio (PM) + 25 min yoga (PM)
18.: 45 min intervals (walk/run) (AM) + 5 miles WATP

23.:45 min interval (walk/run) (AM) + 15 min elliptical (PM) + 45 min intervals (walk/hills) (PM) + Jillian circuit (PM) + Yoga came home 8:30, to late for workout
24.:20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + 45 min intervals (walk/hills/run) (PM) + 15 min elliptical + Jillian circuit (PM) + Yoga (PM)
25.:45 min intervals (walk/run) (AM) + 15 min elliptical (PM) + 45 min intervals (walk/run) (PM) + Taebo (PM)
26.:20 min walk (AM) + C25K (AM) + RESTDAY
27.:45 min walk (AM) + 15 min elliptical (PM) + 45 min intervals (hill/walk/run) (PM) + 20 min yoga (PM)
28.: 45 min walk (AM) (got home by 9 pm from my hair appointment, so no workout for me )
29.: 45 min interval (walk/hills) (AM) + 5 miles WATP (PM)
30.: 45 min walk (AM) + 30 min elliptical (cardio program) (PM) + 45 min intervals (walk/run)
31.: 45 min walk (AM)
