Hi guys! Been a while. Marathon training is going well. I did a half marathon over the weekend in about 2 1/2 hours which included warm up and cool down. Not feeling sore at all. I'm excited for the really long runs that are coming up but nervous too. Still need to recommit to more pushups though. I'm starting to feel summer sexy. Woo! Miss you guys and hope that your goals are coming to fruition.

I slept on my left arm wrong the last few nights. This morning I got up and didn’t think much of it. Even got 100 push-ups in. But by the time I hit the gym for weights -my left arm was burning. I ended up talking to some people and didn’t do weights at all. Then when it was time for Kickboxing I wanted to leave. But the stronger Nancy said no, just modify your punches and focus on core and lower body. I did that and finished. I couldn’t think of yoga - no way can I do it.

Tomorrow, scrapping all my plans. It's run baby run.

Ugh, still working on my grandma arm flappies. I think I can actually fly with these things! Wait...lemme see. Yep, I will be flying to a town near you hahahaha.

I woke up late today. My son woke me up at 2 am because there was a big spider in his room which I never found...just a web like a black widow. He's sleeping in the living room until we find it as he's scared of spiders...especially black widows.

I have been walking and did a bit of running Wednesday night. I get asthma when I run. I don't know why. Does this happen to anyone else? It goes away in a few minutes. I can't use an inhaler because of my heart meds.

I am going to do all of my arm reps today and do my walking/running tonight. Hope you all have a good weekend!
