I made it up to 25 in one set and I even lost a pound this week. My goal is to increase my sets to 50 by Labor Day.

I am so excited! For the first time in months, I have lost weight instead of just gaining and gaining. I weighed in at 167.5 this morning, a 4.5 pound loss for the week.

I went running this morning and surprised myself by lasting 41 minutes. I feel so out of shape, so I was really planning on maybe 15 minutes or so.

I can't describe how happy I feel to finally be moving in the right direction again. I was really beginning to think I'd never get back in gear.

Lost 3 pounds this week, yeah!! I did good all week with my journaling, I started out on Monday doing 5 push ups and this morning I did 17, so some improvement, think I will keep working on it. I stayed within my calorie limit all week also. Headed to the lake today to swim and watch fireworks.

MJ!!!! What a great loss this week! Amazing!!!

Seems like everyone's done pretty well this week! I shouldn't have, but I stepped on the scale this morning, and I'm up 2 lbs from my weigh in Friday. Aughhh!! I know I probably over did it at a couple of the barbeques I went to, but I didn't track anything or count any calories, so it was just a lost weekend. Super ready to get back on track today though, but I'm not sure what my weigh in will look like for this week. Going for a jog later, and grocery shopping for all my healthy food for the week. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Definitely got off track this weekend with July 4th weekend I gave myself the weekend off and decided to just enjoy myself. Needless to say that was probably a mistake haha because there were mass amounts of alcohol consumed and no exercise done but all I can do is get back on track now...I am soooo ready for Monday
