Way to go MJ! Keep believing in yourself, you CAN do it!

Shaina, great job planning your food for the day. Be strong! Stick to the fruit and keep away from the snacks. You are strong! You can do it!

Well I did my journaling. Not here yesterday but on a notebook. I like to do it on here better, but I can't take a computer with me every where I go. I plan to do my push ups today. So for the week

Hey Ladies,

Well I did exercise yesterday.. went to a step class. FInally got the summer membership at the YMCA. Great investment... now I just have to use it. Yesterday eating was bad but not horrible. So today I am going to a ZUmba class... YAY ZUMBA... and then my friend and I are gonna try and do some weights. Have a great TUESDAY!

Yesterday I finished with about 1800 calories. I burned 110 on the bike plus did 200 crunches and some free weights for arms.

Today I am at 970 calories so far for the day. Not sure what to have for dinner yet. I'm pretty sure I can keep it under 1600 though as long as I stay out of the ice cream!

I am trying a class tonight called "chisel". We'll probably be doing lots of push ups there! If not, I may save them for tomorrow.

Here's my calories for the week:

RESULTS - GUIDELINE ONLY
Maintenance: 2271 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1817 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:1432 Calories/day

I'm going to do two days of 1400 and one day of 1800, then start over.

Pushups:
Monday- did 12 in a row
Tuesday did 20 in a row

I'm also doing 6 miles on the treadmill/stepper. I'm doing 25 crunches and 25 each of 3 different arm exercises. I'm hoping to add more belly toning exercises.

Ugh guys! I'm going to have about 1500 calories again today. I don't know why, but I just kept feeling HUNGRY! I know my body is trying to fight some nasty little illness that's going around, because I feel a little bad, but not as bad as my husband. I think my immune system is working better than his right now or something. But does that take a lot of energy, for your body to do that? Because I'm exhausted, and I just couldn't feel satisfied with only 1200 calories today. On top of everything, I was planning a nice jog after work, but of course it started raining.... on the bright side, I think that'll make it the perfect temperature for a long run tomorrow morning. BUT I just don't know how I'm gonna get my cardio in tonight, unless I use my step AGAIN. Sorry I'm complaining so much... It's just one of *those* days, you know?

Wow!! 20 push ups already. That's great! And 6 miles per day?? You're gonna have that weight off in NO TIME!

Alright got my push ups in today. A total of 9. I want to get up to 25. Not in one week but that would be nice.

Blurg! I was doing so well today! Then I visited my friend at her office and she handed me a bag of delicious dark chocolate covered pretzels. Grr! I hate at least 400 calories worth. So that leaves me with only 300 calories for the rest of the day. But that's pretty unrealistic since I'm going out for dinner and drinks with a few friends later tonight. I suppose if I really wanted to be good I could get a diet soda instead of my usual hefeweizen. Hrm... that doesn't sound like nearly as much fun!

It sounds like everyone else is doing pretty well today! That's encouraging. And Shaina, sometimes I think our bodies really do get that tired from fighting seemingly little things. Keep drinking tons of water. Your body will thank you and it'll help curb the hunger a bit.
