I had a HORRIBLE week. I didn't get to the gym once and I went go nuts crazy with the eating. I went to the gym today and it was challenging, but I'm really glad I went. This next week is going to be better.

I've just been emotionally eating like nuts. I just barely made rent this month and the stress of that really got to me. I'm so sick of barely making it month to month. I know that binging and being lazy is just adding to my list of things to stress about, but I did it anyway.

I also need to get on BuddySlim more often. On the days I'm not doing well I often feel too guilty to get on here and post how I'm doing. It's so much easier to write about my success.

So my goals for this week are to post every day, work out 5/7 days, and eat in control!

hannah- i'm right there with you an the less than stellar week! lol- just makes it easier to improve then?

well... wanted to get in 30 minutes of core and an hour swim in yesterday, got in 10 min of core and a 55 minute swim. not what i wanted, but all right, i suppose. foodwise, i'd say i did all right. lots of fruits and veggies... but got in more grains and oil than i'd have liked. and probably more milk than i really needed. food wise today's been all right, but i need to get in more water!!

I didn't do great on water yesterday, either. I had probably 2 20oz bottles, and some tea sweetened with Splenda, and lots of coffee, and a Mr. Pibb at the movies. In fact, my dinner last night was Mr. Pibb and popcorn, with a few of my husband's nachos. Ugh.... So that was probably through the roof with calories and ZERO nutritional value. On the bright side, Transformers is an awesome movie. Today starts a new week for us, I'll have the new thread up in a bit.... Gotta go grocery shopping before the kids wake up. I come home with WAAAAAY less junk when I do it that way. Talk to you guys later!

I'm looking forward to a better week this week. My goals are to exercise each day, and to really start cutting back on soda. I think this will make a huge difference for me.

had a great weekend, will post info later this evening on weight. great Monday, and even better to know I only have to work 4days this week,
then a long .......weekend with my kids, grandkids and parades, fire works and watermelon, cookouts, parties. lovin life

going to start a walking program, have to start slow because i'm not use to doing any walking, just my curves workout. at lunch i walked 950 steps which = .09mi, slow start but i'll make it work. everything i've read says to be healthy you need to walk 10000steps a day. seems almost impossible. guess i'll see what I can do.

Monday 29 June
weight down 1 =232
worked out Curves burned 443
FJ-Yes

Tues 30 June
FJ-Yes
walked-.7mi at lunch
curves-421

Wed 1 July
