Food journal for today is looking good! I'm at about 50% carbs (AGAIN) but 20% fat and 30% protein. So I'm happy with that. It'd be a lot less if I didn't have 1/2 a serving of mixed nuts for my afternoon snack. (But it'd be a lot MORE if I'd had a whole serving... LOL) So I guess we'll that glass 1/2 full instead of 1/2 empty.
I'm just under 1400 cals for today, too, so not bad. I still need to do my toning exercises, but I did my cardio intervals today. I didn't time myself, I just did my favorite 1/3 mile loop til I reached 2 miles. Walked the first lap, ran one, walked one, then ran two (that's over 1/2 a mile straight!

) then walked the final one to cool down. It was SO hot outside, but it was like I couldn't even feel that... all I felt was the burning in my legs, and it felt GOOD!
