Becky- I never even considered doing each of them on different days.

That probably seems like the best way to do it. Like, if you want to go low carbs, do the moderate thing 4 days a week and low carb 3 days. Or in my case, I guess I could do moderate a few days, moderate II a few days, then low fat 2 or 3 days. That would be a LOT easier than eating low fat EVERY day, and at the end of the week, my total fat intake would still be lower than sticking to a regular diet all week.
Thanks for posting that! It really opened my eyes!
MJ- Meal planning always helps me too. If I plan ahead of time, and I have everything planned out just the way I want it, I'm FAR less likely to put a big scoop of the mashed potatoes I made for my husband on my plate, too.

lol And do you drink diet soda or regular soda? Some people are totally against diet soda because of the fake sugar they use in it, but switching from regular Dr. Pepper to Diet Dr. Pepper helped me kick my craving while saving calories. PLUS, let's face it, the diet is never *quite* as good as the real thing, so I drink FAR less of them anyway. Probably 5 or 6 cans per week, vs. the 24 pack of Dr. Pepper I used to be able to down in a week. Just a thought.
