Default Summer Survivor: Weigh In Thread

This will be the "official" place where we post our weigh ins each week. I like having them all together, and then if you want to, it's easy at the end of the challenge to go back and compare your results to where you started. I lose really slow, so sometimes it seems like I'm barely making progress, and it usually gives me a happy surprise to go back 6 weeks and see that YEAH! I did make progress.

So for those focusing on weight loss, just post your starting weight. For those working on body fat, you can either post your weight and waist measurement (at the smallest point of your mid section for women, and just below the navel for men) or you can figure it yourself at this site:
Body Fat, BMI and Ideal Weight Calculator and then post it here.

I usually weigh in on Saturdays, and I like the idea of a weekend weigh in. Since we're starting the challenge on Sunday, next Saturday will be a perfect 1-week weigh in point. Does that work for everyone? Then that way, each Sunday we'll know who is the team captain for that week. (the winner from each team)
